Foswiki::Func::registerMETA registers new %META: syntax. However it is not cleared down in the unit test cases.

Also, some test set_up functions need context information so they know where they are being called. Passing the name of the test being executed to the set_up function should suffice.

I re-opened to pick the test changes over to UnitTestContrib on Release01x01, the tests pass there without any of the changes to core....
