Having an exclamation mark in some header is rendered by the TOC macro as _33sometext in the current trunk system. So actually using an ! in a header breaks the related TOC generated link.

Here is an example:

Header without exclamation mark

Header with ExclamationMark

Oh, there is no issue with: defined as
---++++ Enable !WebStatistics

Hence I must somehow have mistyped my URl and then the Browser cache probably didn't get rid of it. frown, sad smile

Anyway, it doesn't seem reproducible, so closing.
