when doing a new installation on 1.0.8 or 1.0.9 using the bin/configure script

when you see the CGI Setup, if you have one of the bad versions of cgi (Desc: for base Foswiki (Versions 2.89 and 3.37 must be avoided. Most version from 3.15 and onwards should work.) it appears as plain text and you can continue. 3.37 breaks badly and the user should be stopped or highlighted in red coloured text or some such

rhel5/centos5's perl package comes with 3.37

In 1.1, this is reported as an error in configure. Closing task.
