With PatternSkin, a topic containing

   * Set EDITACTION = form

renders the topic with edit links containing a URLPARAM &action=form. NatSkin doesn't do this, so EDITACTION is ignored (users are given the text to edit as well as the form).

NatSkinPlugin.pm.diff: Check value of %EDITACTION% near WHITEBOARD code to append &action=foo

Another bug well spotted. Btw. since when do we have this EDITACTION preference variable. Never heard of it before.

I'm not sure, but apparently it's used in several places on our TWiki installation.
