Problem in 4.1.2and 4.2.0 version. internatinalization and charset set in cp1251 or utf8 in config.

If form have cyrillic chars in name column can not save data for this row(all row with english chars in name cell save well).

I haven't tested this but I'm not suprised to hear it. Allocated to I18N.
