I've noticed some of the field types provided by MoreFormfieldsPlugin do not work when used in MetaDataPlugin form definitions. Specifically, the topic field type does not seem to work. I'm assuming that either the relevant javascript modules aren't loaded or not applied to the pop-up form generated by MetaDataPlugin.
