PageOptimizerPlugin seems to break the display of subcategories from the classification plugin. The top level categories are displayed but the plus sign is gone, so the subcategories can't be seen or selected.

It seems that the subcategories are still there and can be access by clicking next to the top level category, but the gray lines and plus sign on the left are gone.

Fixed in latest release.
