Item12830: Implement TopicTitle feature

Priority: Enhancement
Current State: Being Worked On
Released In: 2.2.0
Target Release: minor
Applies To: Engine
Reported By: VickiBrown
Waiting For: MichaelDaum
Last Change By: GeorgeClark
I have been using a skin "cover" since 2007 that allows for a PAGETITLE variable to be recognized and used instead of the TOPIC variable in the browser's title bar, tab, history, bookmarks...

This is extremely useful for app development (where instance pages tend to have names like BlogEntry0027).

I implemented this because no one was adding it to the TWiki base, even though it was under discussion for years.

Well, TWiki 6 now has a TOPICTITLE variable.

It even picks up a "Title" form element, to allow apps to not need to set a special variable.

I have now modified all of my pages to set TOPICTITLE instead of PAGETITLE and changed my cover accordingly.

I would love to see support for this variable in Foswiki (without the need for a special cover).
