This question about Missing functionality: Answered
Some client would like to disallow their editors to use specific (font-formating) HTML-tags. Is there a config-line for that I can trigger or isn't that possible at all?
Answer
TinyMCEPlugin (for the WYSIWYG editor) contains a section "Settings" where buttons can be removed from the interface.
Still it would be possible to use the "Raw edit" button and write HTML tags. But for most users it a reduced settings interface would work.

If you want to - lets say - allow the p-tag, but not the table-tag, you can / have to make a new plugin.

There is no general solution that allows you to disallow specific tags.
It's a bit beyond me why you would want to, to be honest. Modern browsers support all the tags Foswiki (or TWiki) will use. Editors shouldn't ever be working in raw HTML. So why do you care?

First it's not me who cares but the chief-maintainer of the content. Editors shouldn't be working in raw html - but they do, as they are used to that.
But thanks for the hint to the "settings" of the
TinyMCEPlugin! I will do it that way.
