need help installing foswiki 2.0 on mac

how can i install foswiki 2.1.0 on a mac running mac os 10.9.x ?

the closest thing i found to instructions was this, http://foswiki.org/Support/Faq0 which obviously dates itself by reference to "snow leopard" (mac os 10.6.x). i did try the manual instructions there, but they didn't work for me.

the page gives this hint, ``The easiest way to install on Mac OS is to use the .dmg, which you can download from the downloads area.'' when i clicked the link, i could not find the .dmg .

(i had foswiki running on my old linux machine, and i'd like to migrate to a mac. it is turning out to be pretty confusing. really there shouldn't need to be "instructions", it should be more of a push-button experience, like "brew install foswiki".)
