Personal Facbook used to work just fine on our site in 1.0.9. Now, actually only some basic funtions like UserForm, Edit Userform, PhoneListXML, personalSearch, Printable list work.

Facbook shows the pictures off all users but entering a filter changes nothing.

Phonelist doesn't work at all.

I'm using the latest version 1.6.1 of personalInfo, neither AttachContentPlugin nor ImagePlugin is activated. Foswiki is 1.1.1, set to a german Localisation. Tested with IE and Firefox. Installation instructions were strictly followed (several times by diffrent people). PersonalInfo Installtion is default without any cusomization.

Do you see any errors in the server logs, or javascript errors in the browser?

-- ArthurClemens - 05 Nov 2010

Yes, there are JavaScript errors:

1) In a test-topic which includs nothing but the Phone Book implementations using the codelin from PersonalInfoHome, the line $(document).ready(initSearchBox); Causes an error: "Object expected".

2) In the unmodified PersonalInfoFaceBook topic the same error at the same call.

When i include {Mail.PersonalInfo section="directSearchData"}, the user are listed in array-form properly, so no error with getting the user data obvisually.

It looks like jQuery is not loaded.

-- ArthurClemens - 08 Nov 2010

JqueryPlugin v3.75 is installed and enabled. {JqueryPlugin}{JqueryVersion} is set to 1.4.2, but also selecting diffrent versions here doesn't change the symptoms.

ZonePlugin v3.1 is installed and enabled (don't know if necessary).

Reinstalling both including PersonalInfoPlugin didn't help.

-- EnrikGuenter - 08 Nov 2010

Enrik if you are on 1.1.1 you already have JQueryPlugin but you should update it

You must not install ZonePlugin on 1.1. It is a plugin only for 1.0. It will probably do harm on 1.1

-- KennethLavrsen - 08 Nov 2010

Thanks for the hint with ZonePlugin. Uninstalled. But no change - same error, same symptoms.

-- EnrikGuenter - 08 Nov 2010

Tested:

- All Plugins except JQuery Off

- All JQuery versions (1.2.6 1.4.2 1.3.2 1.3.2p1)

- All jQuery settings (Debug, Cache, Noconflict)

Nothing helps. No ideas left. Can someone confirm? PersonalInfoAddOn 1.6.1 , Foswiki 1.1.1 , Apache Webserver , Windows Server 2003

-- EnrikGuenter - 09 Nov 2010

Tested with Foswiki 1.1.2 . Still the same error:

$(document).ready(initSearchBox); Causes an error: "Object expected".

-- EnrikGuenter - 12 Nov 2010

Confirmed. Fixed in 1.6.2.

Thank you very much! Great Work.

By the way a question i posted earlier in Support.Question688 regarding AutoComplete. I have the same Problem with PersonalInfo Phone list:

I can not put the PhoneList into the WebTopBar since only one or two results are visible, the rest is beeing cut-of by at the border of WebTopBar. Is there a possibility to make the results on-top and thereby visible?

-- PaulHahler - 15 Nov 2010

Did you try to set the z-index in css?

-- ArthurClemens - 15 Nov 2010

I'm embarassed, but i'm not able to find out which css-file it is frown, sad smile Could you help me out Arthur?

-- EnrikGuenter - 16 Nov 2010

I just invested another hour into this but at least all the z-index values which seemed reasonable to me ( Quite a lot smile ) did not do the trick. Anyone got an idea how to get the results on-top and not truncated when PhoneList is located WebTopBar?
