Item9779: More topic actions - view Revision does not work.

The More Topic Actions - View Revision button appears to be a nop. It always returns the user back to the original topic. The "view raw text" checkbox also doesn't do anything.

This does not fail on trunk.foswiki.org, and MTempest also reports it's working fine. However it is failing for me on a git checkout, and also on a Release11RC install on a live site.

Not a bug. This is a configuration error. When using short URL's, you have to remember to set $Foswiki::cfg{ScriptUrlPaths}{view} = ''; I've missed setting this now on two sites. Maybe we need a checker or change parameter from expert to normal, so it is visible as a reminder.
