In previous versions of Foswiki (1.0.9 and previous), I used a script
suffix specified as ".cgi". This seemed to work correctly.
The new configure script in version 1.1.0 complains about every script
that was renamed by the addition of the suffix .cgi. So I changed
the script suffix to just "cgi" . Now the configure script does not
complain about the script suffix on all the scripts.
Except, it complains about the script suffix on configure.cgi
not matching the specified script suffix after the script suffix
setting.
Warning: this script (/~philip/twiki/bin/configure.cgi) has a different suffix than the current
ScriptSuffix setting (cgi)

The web site actually requires the script suffix to be specified as ".cgi"

This was fixed for
Item9712 - there is an updated Checker module referenced in that task. Fix will be included in the next beta. If you have a chance, please check that the updated module works for you. Thanks.
