Item9725: Release more modern SlideShowPlugin in 1.2.0

Don't forget to merge the excellent work done on trunk in Item9705 to Release01x01 for the 1.1.1 release.

Item9705 was set WaitingFor release (again) without any commits on Release01x01 branch, so I've created this as a separate task.

This plugin should have been merged to the stable branch long time ago. Until then Item11206 is on waiting to be released on 1.2.0 as well.

made urgent for 1.2.0 so it stays firmly on the radar - the old slideshow is woeful

Reverted previous work as of too many bugs. Brought back SlideShowPlugin from 1.1.x branch and made it look modern.
