FullCalendarPlugin needs Time::ParseDate to load (at least if I install via the fosiki repro). Time::ParseDate is not listed in the dependencies, so the library (libtime-modules-perl it is on debian) is not installed automagically.

Did not try what happens by install via bin/configure.

Hmm, one of FullCalendarPlugin's dependencies is ObjectPlugin and it's actually ObjectPlugin that depends on Time::ParseDate.

Is this, then, a bug on the Debian packaging process?
