I tried to set {PasswordManager} to Foswiki::Users::ApacheHtpasswdUser and configure fails with

configure: Argument ">=0" isn't numeric in numeric lt (<) at /var/www/foswiki/core/lib/Foswiki/Configure/UI.pm line 474., referer: http://merlin.lavrsen.dk/trunk/bin/configure

We cannot have configure fail like this.
