Item9253: Download page does not link to installation guide

DownloadFoswiki does not link to installation guide. Actually, its a bit scary for new users wishing to try Foswiki.

Really needs a clean up, preferably before 1.1.

Under the "Installation" section, the first link is to the installation guide. I guess though you have some ideas about re-organizing the page?

I don't have any specific ideas, I was hoping someone more creative could help

For a start, I would add a "Download" button, for the latest zip, to make it obvious. I might also remove the right bar, like we do on the home page.

I would also remove some of the text, or at least hide behind twistys. There is just too much to read.

And also, a link to the installation guide.

Fixed the quick links. Added a download link,system requirements, installation guide and upgrade guide.
