Item9066: JQGridPlugin improvements

• updating to jqgrid 3.6.5 (latest stable)
• reworked default layout
• fixed loading locales
• improved grid construction process
• added field-specific options (title, resizable, align, width, search)
• ongoing work on foswiki model adapter ... still not as flexible as RENDERFOREDIT from FlexFormPlugin

Hello Michael,

As with JQueryPlugin - perhaps JQGridPlugin should offer multiple versions of the library? I note that the 3.6.4 to 3.6.5 upgrade notes imply that some applications would have to be adjusted. jqgrid is impressive but seems to be a moving target.

If shipping multiple jqgrid versions is something you're interested in, perhaps I can work on that and attach some patches here?

What I am getting at: I am building a jqgrid foswiki app, and such a feature would make it easier for me to lean on JQGridPlugin in future, especially when they finally release 1.4.x - instead of shipping jqgrid js files in my own plugin

After reading the upgrade notes I decided to defer upgrading jqgrid to 3.6.5 as I share your concerns. The main focus of the next release of JQGridPlugin is to move towards a better integration into the foswiki model. This also means that shipping multiple versions of jqgrid itself is something we can take care of later.
