basically means that the TOC div starts inside a ul, which then gets closed akwardly - the pattern leftbar is then one level of div further down and mess ensues.

mark as urgent, will downgrade if its not simple to change.

Why will you want to put a TOC in a bullet. I would never expect that to work.

Downgrading to normal as it is already more than a week ago and it cannot be that easy then.

I agree with Kenneth. A TOC is a complex structure that can't just be slapped anywhere. Downgrading further to Enhancement.
