After installing or un-installing an extension, if the user hits the "back" button in the browser to choose additional extensions, results are inconsistent. Sometimes it installs or un-installs the wrong extensions. This can be particularly bad if the wrong extension is removed.

Can you be any more specific as to how to reproduce this? "Sometimes" is the bane of all problem reports.....

It appears that this has been resolved. What I had observed was clicking the back button and reusing the page would install/uninstall the wrong plugin, as if the internal view of the extensions list ordering had changed from the browser view. For example, if the 5th extension in the list of uninstalled extensions was installed, reusing the page with the back button would still show the 5th extension as uninstalled, but would then install the 6th extension.
When I was testing the package installer code, the problem was repeatable and really obvious. I was constantly installing or uninstalling the wrong extensions. In any event, I can't recreate this, so changing to no action required.
