Item8715: activatable_raw_edit appends a separator when used as top button in pattern skin

If I use activatable_raw_edit to add a "Raw Edit" button at the top of the pattern skin (view.pattern.tmpl) it causes a separator to be appended:

%TMPL:DEF{"top:toolbarbuttons"}%%TMPL:P{"activatable_raw_edit"}%%TMPL:P{"activatable_edit_or_create"}%%TMPL:P{"activatable_attach"}%%TMPL:END%

Now, of course, this isn't the entirely right way to do it because I would only want that button to show up if I haven't disabled WYSIWYG. But still, it seems like the separator part of that macro should be ... separated.
