Small simple plugin.

But of great use for us with some single sign on that does not care for case sensitivity.

I have users that often ask why they are not getting a nice Wiki Name. And the reason is that they login with different case than when they registered.

So I am now forcing all logins to lower case.

I have coded also the case to strip after @ but I have not tested it. I have no test environment for that. But I have seen people asking for it.

For registration the plugin describes how to alter UserRegistration. No code.

The plugin registrationHandler is of no use - it runs too late to alter anything.
