The files in .../pub/System/JHotDrawPlugin aren't actually linked as attachments to the plugin topic, all of the META:FILEATTACHMENT metadata is missing.

Not all pub files need to be attached. But it makes sense that those used in the topic are. The rest are there to be either picked up when the applet starts or some nice to have files.

Many of the graphics are corrupted. So I picked the best variation for each in the topic even if the background of the button is not exactly the same. It has no impact on the reader of the plugin topic.

And added meta for all the files that we want saved with the plugin when we release to foswiki.org Extensions web
