Fresh Foswiki 1.0.5 install on Debian 4 (etch), perl 5.8.8.

Installing the plugin using bin/configure results in:

Error: Installer returned errors:

Argument "6.2.4.5" isn't numeric in numeric lt (<) at /data.loss/www/default/htdocs/mirepoix/tools/extender.pl line 240.

You may be able to resolve these errors and complete the installation from the command line, so I will leave the installed files where they are.

When I run ImagePlugin_installer from the command line, the install is successful.
