We use SKIN = custom, natedit, pattern with only tiny CSS and template reordering changes in the custom skin/template. When doing edit -> preview -> save everything looks fine, but nothing is saved to disk (silent data loss!). The edit is lost. Only when going back on the preview page, then hitting save from edit directly will the update actually make it through.

Browser is IE6, I'll try a test with FF3 shortly.

NatSkin is fine. PatternSkin fails.
