Item802: FormPlugin does not work on FSA/foswiki v1

I need it, and have a few fixes, so will update in the next days..

I added

• sep=, showerrors=
• %FORMERROR%
• and hacked out an assumption by the code that it will be in CGI mode.

more work is needed to ensure that validate.pm will work well with all FSA engines, and to reduce the CGI assumptions.

It might be worth investigating using some other validation code, but i don'think its work rushing

this code desperatly needs unit tests so that we can consider putting it into the default distro
