Item756: Foswiki-1.0.0-1-strawberry.exe: Foswiki.conf not updated with the foswiki install path

The Foswiki.conf is not updated with the install path chosen during the installation using Foswiki-1.0.0-1-strawberry.exe.

This can be a problem when:

• The user changes the install path in the wizard
• The user uses a 64-bit windows version which will change the default install path to c:\program files (x86)

Workaround:

• Always install in c:\program files

OR

• Manually update Foswiki.conf

Proposed solution

• Let the installer update Foswiki.conf

damn. I thought I'd solved it in that version, but as i didn't have an i8n or x64 windows installed, i didn't test too hard. Sorry.

I'll poke it and see if i can find a german win2000 CD

Sven is the only one that can fix this. It is already waiting for him so there is no need to also have it marked urgent. It disturbs the release blocker page with all these bugs that noone but a single person has access to doing anything about.

So I change it to Normal and change state to Waiting For Feedback. This way Sven gets it in his queue and nagagrams so he will not forget it.

I won't be able to test it any further since I removed my vista x64 installation.
