Item622: Add a "Share this"-Button on every template page on foswiki at the bottom

Please add this Java-Script-Code on the bottom of every page in Foswiki:

added to WEBCOPYRIGHT. still kind of hard to see, but it's a start... plus, the whole WEBCOPYRIGHT formatting is a bit off, it could definitely use some help of its own...

<wbniv> it appears off the bottom of my *page* and then i "need" to scroll down
<SvenDowideit_> so the popup js is always goes below and to the right of the click?

nice to have such a thing, shame theirs is somewhat naf.
