Item61: add TZ picker to User form and rego and then use LocalTimePluging to show things in their time - especially meeting times.

Never just close things. the issue is still there for work until it is either decided to be a bad idea, or is resolved. This one is actually easy for many people to do.

i closed it because there seems to be no interest for it. Nobody will ever find that Item if it is 3 months old... Better open it if somebody really is going to try it....we have tons of dead-space just "created and forget" items, which makes it harder to find the others.

closing is much much worse, as that indicates to anyone finding the task that it is done. we want a database full of things for new people to play with, not one filled with uncompleted or unstarted tasks that have not actually been done.

unlike the other project, we do not need to pretend that the Bugs list is small - as we have an 'open task' list, which will allow new people to easily find outstanding issues.

basically, there is nothing bad about a large database of wishlist tasks, other than that you need to add classifications to them.
