interesting progress. the index and update restHandlers work, and now I can fake WebSearch into showing both topic and attachment results.

$TWiki::cfg{Plugins}{EmptyPlugin}{showAttachments} and set SKIN=kino,pattern etc..

Summary	add restHandlers to SearchEngineKinoSearchPlugin, and work on further integrating into SEARCH
