Item5846: new FSA code needs Unit Tests ASAP

The recently-merged code from TWiki:Codev.TWikiStandAlone had some modifications since my last heavy test (by hand). It's improved, but contains some known bugs (and potentially lot more). Once Unit Tests are written, it'll be possible to fix many bugs without regressions:

Finished TWiki::Request tests. Still missing TWiki::Response and some way to test TWiki::Engine::CGI and TWiki::Engine::CLI.

With all the exercise FSA has been getting, I don't consider this a release blocker any more. Dropping to normal.

There are some few tests pending to verify if the engines are able to fill Foswiki::Request and send data from Foswiki::Response properly. I'll post them soon.

Closing again. Otherwise I cannot control which bugs were closed in which releases

Open a new bug for additional tests and avoid bulk reports. One report per item gives better traceability
