Item5689: Link with Anchor syntax problem

Some title like ---+++ Event Syntax creates a link named "Event Syntax". It must be refered by CalendarPlugin#Event%20Syntax...

But a common link [[CalendarPlugin#Event%20Syntax][Calendar Event Syntax]] will not work.

That's a bit crap. Should be fixed. Cofirmed.

Questions to answer for the anchor problems:

1. Is the %HH notation allowed in Foswiki for anchors?
2. Are UTF-8 characters allowed in Foswiki for anchors?

Looking only at the method makeAnchorName. At the moment this method has

• the "1-byte-non-ascii-letters" problem: Item817 and
• the UTF-8 characters problem: Item1096
