For a general ("text:") search, we would want all form fields to be included as well. Is there an easy way to get this? At the moment, topics which have the string in a form field will not be shown as a result.

Re-naming the plugin, and needs to check if this still applies.

Note to the implementer: you might be able to use the %VALIDATE hash in Foswiki::Meta to accommodate all registered META types (provided by plugins, etc). Sadly SolrPlugin doesn't do this (yet)
