I have experienced some really weird problems with the WebPermissionsPlugin in TWiki. Unfortunately it does not save my changes consistently. We have over 60 users in the configuration table. See here:

My assumption is, that there is a problem with the plugin, that uses a post-command to communicate the changes. But as browsers have a maximum length of URLs this might cause the problems. Does anybody know a solution?

Even with some efforts to reproduce it, I could not do it properly. But the problem exists, as the Screenshot shows.

As you observe a POST request is used to submit changes, so it's nothing to do with URL length. Without a detailed description of how to reproduce this I'd be stabbing in the dark; and since the reporter is unlikely to provide such a description, I'm closing this unresolved.
