at the moment you have to go searching to figure out what a Configure.spec looks like, and how it should be used.

Configure Config.spec processing could do with not just doing ---+ headings, but code an = lists too.

Why? very few plugins require Config.spec. Why should we force it on all the others?

I read through the doc and decided that apart from a few minor edits, it's already pretty good, if you read it.
