"Stickskin" and skin chooser was present in the old SessionPlugin but is absent now that session management has been migrated to the core.

The only ways to change skin are to

• Edit a profile
• edit the browser URL bar

The latter is unsatifactory in many situations.

I think the NatSkinbrowser isn't well either, and I removed the WigetsSkin sticky-ness code too - I'll go see if I can find it (its purely cookie and js based iirc, so it might be useful)
