no LWP causes test failure (for eg)

as does missing Error.

and test for zip!

ntpdate is nice too - other wise the cronjobbie isn't when you think it is.

need to make the nightly builds die on MANIFEST errors

best approach will be to re-write build.pl etc to use Warn, and then for the nightly builds to set warnings as errors..
