Add the plugin to the page.

Do i need something special to let the plugin be build or is it just done automatically by the manifest? Need some small assistance here to learn the way it should be done.
This plugin is pointless for Foswiki; the functionality was merged to the core some time ago. It was only kept for older TWiki releases.
