These are unusual enough cases that unit tests should be produced. But these involve queries being passed around so it might be not so easy...

I am manually using the attached... TestForm The form field OperatingSystem is the interesting one. FormProblem5 tests for Item3434. Not that if there is a space in the value for the hidden item, the form does not render correctly. The file generated from clicking "Create" in FormProblem5 can be used to test Item2650.
