Swish-E is a great full text search engine, but it desperately needs some tlc. At the moment you have to be an experienced admin to have any hope of installing it.
Someone needs to repackage it use TWiki:Plugins.BuildContrib. I made a start, but help would be very welcome.

Tired of seeing this in release blockers. It cannot be urgent it it has been open for 3 months
Lowering to normal. Makes no difference for a plugin anyway.
