In some cases where images are retrieved by javascript, the plugin does not regard them as 'attached'. It would be useful to have a setting to publish all attachments, regardless if they are used in the topic.

Arthur - I think the plugin already does this. I did distro:6bea737188e8 because PublishPlugin warned that it could not read the file for that attachment. The topic text did not contain a link to the attachment - the only reference was in the META:FILEATTACHMENT.

If you have an example to illustrate where it does not work, I would like to see it, so that I can fix the problem.

The problem is still there. The plugin needs references to files. It does not automatically publish all attached files.

(it works 'normally' if the skin shows all attached files, but if the skin hides the attachments the references are lost)

Arthur is right, what you can't see doesn't get published.

Marking as an enhancement. Any one who wants it, feel free to have a go.
