Item2422: FlexWebListPlugin handels subwebs parameter incorrect

According to the documentation, the following code shoud show all subwebs of 'Sandbox'.

%FLEXWEBLIST{subwebs="Sandbox"}%

As there are none, nothing should be shown.

But since the update v1.50, 17 Nov 2009, the macro above will have the same effect as %FLEXWEBLIST{subwebs="none"}%.

I am also having trouble with latest FlexWebListPlugin (reverted to prior release). I am using a regex in the subwebs= param to only obtain a list of subwebs for a given web; instead this regexp now shows all webs.

Will give a more detailed description later.
