Item2358: bulk rego and reset need some love

removing $createdate and $date lowered BulkResetPassword view for 1100 users from 55 seconds to 15 seconds 15 seconds is still slow, though

Confirmed. On Foswiki.org, page load time was reduced from 56 seconds to 11 seconds.

If we could speed up $date we would have a significant win on search results / webchanges.

Closing this. The date was removed from the default reset page, and it has nothing to do with bulk register page.
