Item2101: configure fails to save if a plugin has expert settings in its .spec file

I just tried to enable {Register}{AllowLoginName}

And when I save I get

Software error:

Could not parse text to a data structure (at: (0x93ecc40))

Please go back and check if the text has the correct syntax. at /var/www/Release01x00/core/lib/Foswiki/Configure/Types/PERL.pm line 71.

This is in Release01x00 branch and it is a severe release breaker

The error is much different.

Configure fails to save ANYTHING if you have a plugin with an EXPERT setting - unless you save from configure after having enabled experts settings.

This is clearly a core bug.

It should be possible to have expert settings in plugins like we have in Foswiki.spec.

Lowering to Normal and changing CompareRevisionsAddOn to non expert as a WORKAROUND.
