On trunk (svn info reports rev4874).

Reasonably stock install with Nat* plugins/skin installed (not enabled)

ManagingWebs, I can create new webs okay.

WebCreateNewWeb results in a "suspicious request" confirmation, then I get told

Unrecognized action command validate Please go back in your browser and try again.

(see attached image).

I should clarify that both WebCreateNewWeb and ManagingWebs work for me with very similar apache/LocalSite.cfg environments for 1.0.6 (both my "clean" test setup and my production setup).

This is no longer an issue with latest trunk.
