The CSS changes to TablePlugin has caused at least two problems.

This is very visible in TestCases/TestCaseEditTableAllFieldTypes

The cells with checkmarks are surrounded by ugly black frames.

An additional problem is that the TablePlugin styles that paint every 2nd line is not inhibited as it used to causing some visual usability problems once you start moving rows around.

This is best seen in an Edit Table with many rows.
