MarkSchumann working on this now... not sure whether it's been fixed already. By "non-public" do we mean a web that is not shown on the SITEMAPLIST? Here is my experiment:

So I think I made TempWeb a "non-public" web, and you can indeed move a topic to it. Have I misunderstood?

This is pretty inconvenient. The Drop-down box of target webs in rename.tmpl is populated by the %WEBLIST% macro. This macro only shows public webs. Either needs an updated WEBLIST that shows webs that the current user is permitted to change, or some way to manually enter the Webname? Or ...?
