The the new configure interface the help texts are now shown by hovering the mouse over the field.

But unless you have a very large screen many of the help texts cannot be read.

See below - a 1024 x 600 (normal 10") view.

And even on my home 20" monitor running 1680x1050 I cannot see all the text on the pop-up help.

And there is no way you can move or scroll these pop-ups.
