Item1721: Let the foswikiStrikeOne also work in onsubmit with javascript: prefix

Let us say someone made something like this

<form name="savepost" action="%SCRIPTURL{"save"}%/%WEB%/" method="post" onsubmit="javascript:alert('sending form');">

We want the foswikiStrikeOne(this); to be pasted in between the javascript: and the alert instead of in front of javascript.
