Breadcrumbs fail to display the correct topic name only when a child topic exist. Breadcrumb works fine when no child topics are linked to the parent topic.

TestTopicTitle (parent) and TestTopicTitleChild (child) do exist already for this screenshot.

Kwang, sorry, I don't understand what you mean. Can you rephrase it please. Maybe a screenshot helps.

This only happens when DBCachePlugin is not installed. The fallback method in BreadCrumbsPlugin seems to need a fix.
